Retaining and access to your data
We use security measures to protect Your information from unauthorised persons. We retain Your information for a reasonable period or as long as the laws of England and Wales requires.

Modifications to our privacy policy
Changes to our privacy policy are posted to the Docutiva website. If appropriate, we will notify you by email of any changes significantly affecting your service or the privacy policy we operate. By using Docutiva you agree to be bound by the most recent version of our privacy policy.
Payment Processing
Payments are made monthly or quarterly in advance, and can be made either by credit card or via bank transfer.
All online payments are processed by Paypal Merchant Services. We use Paypal Website Payments Pro with recurring payment API facility for ongoing subscription payments. This means that your credit or debit card details are passed directly to Paypal and used to create a recurring payment profile directly through Paypal's website. Your payment details are not stored on Docutiva servers. This lets us process monthly subscription payments using one of the largest and most respected payment providers in the world without having to store credit card details.
Refunds
Docutiva charges for the use of its software monthly in advance. With the exception of bespoke enterprise contracts, all accounts can be cancelled from within the administrator interface at any time without notice. We do not offer refunds on payments already taken for the current month. If you wish to cancel your account, you should do so prior to the start of the new billing month.
