Who provides first line support for Docutiva?
The Docutiva team supports your administrators, who in turn support your customers. Technical or software related queries are forwarded to our support system if further support is required from us. This ensures we receive support queries and not questions about your business.
Why are the project management features switched off by default?
Docutiva is built primarily for document and task management and is deployed in this way as standard. Additional features can be confusing to clients who are not familiar with them or don't require them and are therefore available to be activated as required.
Can I use the additional features such as the milestones, to-do, wiki, blog and time modules?
Yes. If you would like to make use of the broader project management features available, you can do so by activating them in your system settings area. To make them available as standard in a new workspace, simply duplicate an existing workspaces settings when creating a new workspace.
Can I create batches of workspaces easily?
Using our batch routines, you can create and upload a spreadsheet containing all the workspace and account details you would like created in a single process.

Why are my emails being delivered to my junk mail folder?
You should start by adding the email address to your address book. You should also add an authenticating record to your domain to include our servers. Please contact our support team to find out how to do this.
I don’t seem to be receiving emails, what could the problem be?
Either our domain, or that of a client, may not be configured correctly and requires a change to its domain DNS settings. Please let us know immediately and provide an explanation of what is happening.
My registration email didn’t arrive, what is the problem?
Your email provider might be sending our mails to your junk mail folders. Please check if this is the case and let us know the outcome. We might need to make a change to the domain DNS settings.
Will I receive spam emails from third parties?
Docutiva does not share information with third parties.
Will I receive an email when a new file is uploaded for me?
Yes. You will receive a mail whenever a batch upload routine is complete, or when someone adds/edits a content item and selects to email you.
