The Docutiva team supports your administrators, who in turn support your customers. Technical or software related queries are forwarded to our support system if further support is required from us. This ensures we receive support queries and not questions about your business.

What are your support hours?

We offer support during UK office hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We offer email support, an online support ticket system, and optional premium telephone support to enterprise clients.
