Docutiva provides enterprise training and support. Whether you need someone available on the telephone, an in-house or web conferencing training session, or simply to discuss and contribute to our product roadmap, our team is here to make sure your system runs smoothly and you get the most out of our software.

Customer support (telephone, email and web)

Our clients enjoy total peace of mind knowing we are here to support you when you need it. We are committed to helping you from day one and will walk you through every step of the process, from training your team, to providing you with a template roll-out plan, and supporting your requirements as you grow. Our online support system provides the fastest way to log support requests and all clients have access to telephone support during office hours.

Documentation and FAQs

Detailed system documentation covers every inch of the system, written in language that is easy to understand. An extensive FAQ library provides easy reference to common questions. If this isn't sufficient, we have support agents waiting to help with anything more specific and are happy to write documentation for anything you are unsure about.

System deployment and launch pack

When deploying any new system, users need to fully understand both how it benefits them, and how to use it effectively. We help with this by giving you a deployment pack containing template emails and documents explaining everything to your clients.

If you aren’t comfortable with bulk emailing, we can handle this for you. The Docutiva support team is here to help you every step of the way and will help get your clients onto your system smoothly and efficiently.

Feature requests and product roadmap

Docutiva is an evolving software product. We work with clients to find out about new feature requests and to make sure the system works exactly as it should. If you have any ideas for how to make Docutiva better, or would like something added to our future product roadmap, simply chat to your account manager or create a new ticket in the support centre and we'll contact you to chat about it.

On-site training

Docutiva is very easy to use but it does contain a few powerful batch features that can be worth a live training session. As part of your installation we can set up an in-house training session to get your team familiar and confident with their new system. If your company is based in another country or somewhere that makes a live training session difficult, we can offer web conferencing sessions to demonstrate the product and train your team remotely.
