The getting started section of the User Guide is an important starting point for all new Docutiva administrators. This section explains how to configure your accounts, workspaces and users in order to maintain security between accounts and to give users the correct permissions to workspaces they can access.

Submit Support Request

To create a new support request, please visit our support site and submit a new support request. Please note that this is for clients of Docutiva. If you are an end-user and your query does not relate to the Docutiva system itself, you should consult your administrator and they will discuss your request and assess whether it requires our support or theirs.

Feature Requests

If you would like to see a new feature added to our next system release, please submit your idea in as much detail as you can by creating a support request. It would be helpful to explain what the feature should achieve, as well as what problem or need this feature will solve.
